This was a fun build. Turned out way differant than I expected.

I watched your video, very nice work!

However to regain the original S5A tuning you will have to adjust the bell lengths again. Boring out the throats of the bells lowered their pitch, but not all the same amount. That "detuned" the chord so that it will need to be adjusted to bring it back in. Easiest would be to just shift the A-chord downward, starting with the root note and adjust the other bells to re-establish the proper chord relationship between the notes.

Interesting sound nonetheless. The horn sounds very powerful.

Ill swap the chambers with the 1st S-5A I built. The bells aint bored out to compare the two.
