G'day mates,

This is my 31 inch, 2Kw, 110v Suez Canal searchlight.
It has two globes on a rotating lamp changer, it also has a split reflector that can be adjusted on the back of the housing to provide two beams for navigation of the Canal at night.
The beam can be focused for intensity and various distances too.

I built up a 240v to 110v transformer box for it and it can be run from a standard 10amp Australian wall socket.

The whole unit is made with aluminium and stainless fittings and in spite of its size it can be lifted and directed quite easily by hand.
