UP SD70ACE K5LLA with 1 bolt
I was looking closer at a K5LLA on a UP SD70ACE and I noticed it was holding on by 1 bolt and the air line. The locomotive was in storage, so maybe somebody has been working away at it? Or just railroad laziness. Thoughts?

Yes, it's quite possible someone got disturbed in the process of removal: although laziness could be a reason but one bolt seems like asking for it to fall off and cause damage.
