You can’t get just the silicone rings. New diaphragms with the disk and ring are available from Leslie…. For $500 a piece!

You are much better off repairing the ones you have. The red high temp silicone RTV and wax paper are all you need. I made a video on how to do this:

As big as you can. I recommend at least 10 gallons. Volume is far more important than pressure, everything between the tank and the horn must be a 1/2”. The tank port, fittings, hoses, valves, everything needs to be 1/2”.
