Filed in 1977 by chief engineer Francis. X. Reilly at Leslie Controls, Parsippany NJ.

'RS' stands for Reilly-Supertyfon. Named in honour of its inventor.

Francis Reilly passed away a few years ago too. I think it was in 2019?
