I decided for one of my next project, to make aftermarket Leslie power chambers that don't take a giant dumps on their selves after being used for awhile. The reason I'm coming up with this idea is me thinking the simpler the better. no silicone ring no extra parts, no machining, no breaking. Some of these images may not look right, due to the fact of them being the molds I will be using to cast these (possibly), and also being the fact that I haven't finished up these drawings yet. I've tested some of these horn concepts before and it looks like it should work great.

The circles for the bolt holes will be drilled and tapped for something similar to an Airchime K bell back cap bolt, but I'm not sure yet. I still need to get better equipment for making these things. I know it's probably going to be a challenge, but whatever.
