Heres our horn rig.
1989 Toyota 22R carb standard trans NO COMPUTER. built from 4 trucks with a flatbed. The compressor is a 80 amp perm magnet motor and a 2 stage belt driven pump. Theres a elect valve manifold with 4 CG valves so we can honk 1,2,3,or 4 horns at once. A 1/2 CG valve for the bell. A 5 and 8 gal tank on the rig and 3, 12 gal under the truck. total 48 gal @ 150 psi to start. All electric connects to the cab with 2, 6 prong trailer plugs to switches in the cab. Pressure gage, 1/4 line connects with a air hose quick connect. The in and out lines to the Gram White are 3/4 with garden hose fittings at the bed. A second 12v battery on the rig to help maintain the amps for the compressor. Kept frying factory altanators so added a amp boss 170 amp alt. 1x2 channel with plates that when ya bolt the horn it clamps to the channel so ya can fit many horn configurations. the plates have 3/4 couplings welded to then and we use 1/2 dot air line with quick connects. Can install or remove the rig in about a 1/2 hour.
