Got this a little whie back now but pleased with the purchase - anyone have any info on the foundry stamp?
It's a 1994 K3L from a CN SD60F 55xx locomotive.

Re: Canadian K3L
The stamp is from Power Parts, an aftermarket parts supplier for railroads. They also made Leslie diaphragms and rebuild kits for valves. Don't think they exist anymore. The date casting is the same on all the manifolds they made I think.

As always I am astounded by your knowledge, and very grateful!
Sounds like they would have been a useful company if they still existed.

I had one of these manifolds a while back. It was a square tag. Was told it was CN of origin. Pretty cool to see another one out in the wild. Especially a tagless one!

Re: Canadian K3L
Very nice! And it's been painted since the Youtube video in which it features
There can't be many of these manifolds around.
Yes mine is indeed Tagless but it must have been a very close thing: the Square Tag started in 1994.
