BUFO Hardware. Here we see the "BUFO" marking on one of the original screws on a type 5 "Swedish Make" head. BUFO is the mark of a Swedish fastener manufacturer. This type of hardware would have been original on types 1-5 bronze heads, which were likely all made in Sweden even though most weren't marked as such.

Here we see a type 2 sitting on top of a type 3. Both have small air inlet bosses.

Here we see a type 4 with wide air inlet boss sitting on top of a type 2 with a small air inlet boss.

Here is a type 6 (fat air inlet boss) sitting on a type 2 (small air inlet boss). Also visible here one the type 6 is how the small tab over the air inlet boss tapers down into the boss

Here we have a type 6 on top of an aluminum tabbed chamber. They appeared to be virtually identical upon close examination.
