I've definitely seen a few dark green Southern M5s in preservation, which probably were from the green E-units. I don't think many locomotives were done up in green. Beautiful work, Nick. This goes to show you how much railroad paint may be hiding underneath years of grime! Love that the Conrail blue shows through under the CSX YN3 in spots, which surely is relatively rare across the pond. 8-)
